Bangers and Mash was a mixed genre music festival held in Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Adelaide, and Melbourne. All branding and advertising materials created were targeted towards a young adult audience who share a mixed taste in music through comedic, and aesthetically pleasing memes. The goal was to revive the party / festival vibe that was lost with Big Day Out, Stereosonic and Soundwave years ago. Overture is a multimedia non-direct prequel to The Beginning of The End from the perspective of a civilian.
I chose to continue the idea of an Alternate Reality Game. This reality is built upon the hypothetical foundation that extra-terrestrials arrived on Earth some time ago and have co-existed in unison until recently. SAE Institute Menu Re-Design
For this task I chose to turn the original bland one-sided lifeless menu into a tri-fold, full-colour print.
By making the design a tri-fold, it allows the customer to read the menu with a lot more clarity than before. This is the Original.
